Jaane Tu.. Ya Jaane Naa

jaane tu ya jaane na pappu cant dance

As the saying goes, “a guy and a girl can never remain just friends”. Same is the case in this storyline lead by the very fresh product of the Khan family, Imran Khan (nephew of Aamir Khan) and a girl (Genelia D’Souza of the Bommarilu and many Telugu Flicks- a tongue-in-cheek, dominant and aggressive college babe), and a pack of five insane friends, just graduated, and therefore jobless.

This was the Intro for the movie so now lets start.. . . Lights. . . .Camera. … Action. … . Ssshhhhhh………

jaane tu ya jaane na pappu cant dance
I can hear the very famous line from the movie, “tera mujse hain pehle ka naata koi... yunhi nahi dil lubhata koi...jaane tu..ya jaane naa..” in the backdrop can figure out the same pack of friends seated in the car : Jiggy ( Jignesh da patel ), Rothlu (who ends up as his name suggests), Boms, and jiggy’s new girl friend.

You have just settled in your seat when your heart beats hard is for those initial strums of the guitar in the Kabhi Kabhi Aditi..song set against St. Xaviers' famous basketball court. Like in Jab we met, Ishq Vishq and then a lot of chasing, flirting, etc we can predict the story line, but the awesome Abbas Tyrewala definitely comes up with a winner in the form of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. He tells us an ordinary love story, presents it in a much mature fashion than its glorious predecessors. He tackles this confused romantic comedy and the characters in it are new fresher to the acting arena, real, identifiable and extremely cute!

Nice way of story telling, fresh faces, fresh jokes, dialogues ((Remember the scene in which Aditi enters her brothers room , sees his paintings and spells an unheard, What the f***, really cute.)

Some best scenes in the movie in the full house entertainer goes on as such:

1. The costume drama background staged in the form of Jai dreaming of riding a horse was really kewl and gave a confusing twist to the movie to think does this have a punar janam lafda and stuffs.

2. Aditi who’s deep love for her cat “ Radha”, and her loving friends also setup a shok sabha, which infact is silly but so cute storyline.

3. Aditi hasde hasde hasde hasde hasde tu zara..Nahi to bas thoda thoda thoda thoda thoda thoda muskura, this line is surely gonna stay in our hearts for longer. Full points for A.R. Rehman’s beats.

4. And when Aditi wonders where her college years went by, Jay's mom says, Phone pe beta, phone pe..

5. And the usual college fights, but here’s a twist in the tale there isn’t any villan, and Jay is totally non-violent. The fight between Aditi and a guy, Goes on like this: Jay says: “paagal hai kya..? tune aditi ko fattu bulaya?” the other guy replies” aditi ko nahi tujhe” this scene is totally superb, a masterpiece of expressions.

6. And the most innocent one, when Aditi drives with Jay and Meghna in the night , and Meghna gets down at her home but Jay wanted to get down as well and spend a few moments together with her ,when in fact Aditi wanted to spend time with Jay, she says..Ab aur kitnaa drop karega... I still smile to myself thinking of that scene.

7.Well who can forget, "pappu cant dance saala. .. "

Oh Jesus, I will pen down the whole movie so I better find an end to this, love, relationships cannot be explained in words, you have to experience them, this movie is a must watch. As i came out of the theatre with these thousand sweet little moments telling me, .. hasde hasde hasde hasde hasde tu zara…. Nahi to bas thoda thoda thoda thoda thoda thoda muskura.
