Speed is an obsession at Google, and they seem to be on a crusade to make it an internet-wide movement. Google Now Using Site Speed As A Search Ranking Factor (mashable article) and since we had some flaws and bugs in the older look of chethStudios and some of our readers used to complain about it, and we didnt want to be on the backfoot hence we decided to roll out this simple yet powerful design layout. We wont be telling you its features, grab a cool drink and explore the new design and return back and tell us your views, your feedback which will help us tweak this theme to perfection.
Users Who are using IE6 we apologise for dropping support, but you need to upgrade your browser. Read This article on why IE Must Die for the web to Move on. And Yes chethStudios isn't powered by WordPress ( Like Most of you think so), we are Proudly built and run on the Classic Blogger Platform..
Note: We are still testing out this theme so please report us if you find any potential bugs.

PS.: My advice is you would drop the main body text 1px in size or at least increase the line-height. Good job otherwise :)

Duh.. Anyone can find out Blogger platform by its age old comment form. Hope it wil change soon. I too use Blogger and agree that it rocks. Easy for non-techies like me and ultra customizable.

@Darshit : Blogger embed comment forms are Old? It was introduced last year. You can also use disqus, intensedebate, JS-Kit Echo and these third party alternate comment forms can be embed easily on Blogger Templates and nobody will have a clue. :)

Its a simple jumper with sprites and tags pretty much same what you use in a navigation menu but we made it look pretty that's it :)

ReplyDelete"Design Community News Section" Management is done using a submit form which is delivered to my mail and we cross post it from there.. there is also an alternative method of using google docs and user submitted news will be saved as a spreadsheet.
